Joe Schaefer

Joe Schaefer is the Director of the Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma. The Storm Prediction Center (SPC), a part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), plays a valuable role in Severe Weather Forecasting for the Entire United States, issuing Watches and important Outlooks.
